As a subscriber and registered user of our Services, you are eligible to receive call credits for any referrals to Services that result in the referred individual or entity becoming a registered subscriber to our Services. You will receive a unique link to copy into your emails or articles you publish, on your website, and/or through your social media channels to provide referrals to other potential users. If a user registers and subscribes to Services using your unique link, you will receive a credit equal to 5% of the payments made by that referred user.

You must be an active, paying subscriber, registered to use our Services to receive call credits for referrals. There is no limit on the amount of credits you may receive. This referral program is subject to change without advance notice.

What do I get from PAYGo?

Call Works’ PAYGo, or “Pay As You Go” service is an answering service which captures the caller’s name, telephone number and reason for calling, and allows you to access messages and call-data on an ongoing basis within your online customer portal.
How am I notified about my calls?
We will send you the callers’ details by SMS, Email, through your online portal, or all of the above!
I might need more complex call center services. How can I upgrade my Call Works Pay As You Go account?

What do I do with my existing number?
You can keep it! We’ll give you a toll-free number, which you can forward to your existing number. Or, you can use your new toll-free number as your business number.

Do you operate after normal business hours?

Yes. Call Works operates 24/7/365.

How do I forward my calls to you?

Once you set up your account, you’ll have access to a video tutorial with simple, step-by-step instructions.

What if I need support?

Our system is designed to allow for comprehensive self-service. It is quick and easy to use. If any issues do arise, we encourage you to contact us via the online portal.
How will the agent know what to do with my calls?
Our agents are highly trained. They’re experienced in handling calls for a variety of clients, and will manage your calls according to the instructions you provide. When a call comes in, a screen pops up on the agent’s computer with quick instructions for handling your calls.
What is the set up cost?
There are no set up costs, or hidden fees.
How quickly can I get set up?
You can set up your service in as little as 15 minutes, after you complete the Online Signup Form and get a Username and Password.

What about wrong numbers or hoax calls?

Not to worry, you won’t be charged for wrong numbers or hoax calls.
What if I want to refer another customer to you?
We appreciate any customers you want to refer to us! Plus, you can make money through referrals with our Customer Referral Program.

Are the calls recorded?

Unfortunately, you will not have access to recordings of your calls. While Call Works does live-monitor and/or digitally record all incoming calls, this is for quality assurance and training purposes only. Call Works will not share call recordings with any outside party at any time, nor does Call Works retain the recordings. Call recordings are purged on a regular basis.
